Vycall Wireless Call Systems takes the highest level of security measures to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored, and shared in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy.
Our purpose is to inform you in the most transparent manner, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and in line with your satisfaction, about the methods of collecting your personal data, the purposes of processing, the parties with whom it is shared, the legal grounds, and your rights.
a) Data Controller
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data may be collected and processed by Vycall Wireless Call Systems (“COMPANY”), as the data controller, within the scope explained below.
b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data
The COMPANY may collect personal data in categories such as identity information, contact information, customer information, customer transaction information, transaction security information, legal process and compliance information, and marketing and sales information from parties including customers, employees, potential customers, employee candidates, business partners, and suppliers.
Your collected personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
To provide COMPANY products and services to you, fulfill our obligations towards you, prepare records and documents, and comply with information retention, reporting, notification, tax, and other obligations required by local and international legislation,
To offer personalized advertisements, campaigns, advantages, and other benefits for sales and marketing activities aimed at improving the quality of services and products,
To manage infrastructure and commercial activities and to comply with internal policies and procedures, including those related to audit, finance and accounting, invoicing and collections, information technology systems, data and website hosting, business continuity and records, document and print management,
To communicate with you in order to meet information technology requirements, system structure, the necessity of IT support services received, and to convey necessary information regarding these services and products,
To carry out traffic measurement, statistical analyses, segmentation/profiling, and CRM activities for sales and marketing purposes,
To measure and increase customer satisfaction, manage complaints, receive your opinions and suggestions regarding new services and products, receive your issue/error notifications, and provide you with information regarding products and services, complaints, and requests,
To receive your orders, carry out payment transactions, provide product delivery by cooperating with third parties for logistics, recommend products and services that may interest you, conduct online behavioral advertising and marketing, customer portfolio management, measurement and improvement of service quality, communication, optimization, audit, risk management and control, promotion, analysis, interest determination, scoring, profiling, marketing, sales, advertising, and communication,
To be used in all kinds of products and services to be offered to you within the scope of the laws and relevant legislation regulating the activities written in the COMPANY’s articles of association, including comparative product and/or service offers, modeling, existing or new product studies and/or developments,
To comply with information retention, reporting, and notification obligations stipulated by official authorities, fulfill contractual requirements, and perform the legal obligations to which the COMPANY is subject in relation to benefiting from these services,
To determine and implement the COMPANY’s commercial and business strategies, including managing financial operations, communication, market research and social responsibility activities, procurement operations (request, offer, evaluation, order, budgeting, contract), internal system and application management operations, and legal operations carried out by the COMPANY,
To comply with applicable laws and regulatory obligations (including those outside your country of residence), including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism laws, to comply with legal processes, and to review, evaluate, and respond to requests from official and governmental authorities (including those outside your country of residence),
within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
c) To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred, limited to the fulfillment of the purposes stated above:
To the COMPANY’s business partners, suppliers, shareholders, Yıldız Holding and its affiliates,
To persons or institutions permitted by the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law, Social Security Institution legislation, Court of Accounts, Law on the Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime, Turkish Commercial Code, Code of Obligations, and other legislation,
To legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities, and judicial authorities,
To companies and affiliates abroad,
To real or legal persons, program partner institutions and organizations with whom we receive services or cooperate for product/service comparison, analysis, evaluation, advertising, and the fulfillment of the purposes stated above, institutions with whom we have agreements for sending messages to our customers, and cargo companies that deliver orders to you,
within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.
ç) Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is collected by the COMPANY within the framework of legal legislation and for the purposes stated above, including the performance of contracts, through verbal, written, or electronic means via channels such as the COMPANY Head Office, applications made through contracted websites, other institutions from which we provide/receive support services, real and/or legal persons with whom transactions are carried out under legislation or contracts, our website and mobile application, call centers, social media accounts, and other channels that may be established in the future.
d) Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights through the methods specified below, the COMPANY will conclude the request as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged for responses up to ten pages. A processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page over ten pages. If the response to the application is provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, the fee that may be requested by our company shall not exceed the cost of the recording medium.
Within this scope, personal data owners have the right to:
Learn whether personal data is processed,
Request information if personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and request notification of this correction to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and request notification of this action to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
You may submit your request to exercise the rights specified above in Turkish and in writing, or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using the electronic mail address previously notified to the COMPANY and registered in our system, in accordance with Article 13/1 of Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller dated 10.03.2018 and numbered 30356. Only information regarding the applicant will be provided in applications, and it will not be possible to obtain information about other family members or third parties. The COMPANY reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.
Your application must include:
a) Your name and surname and signature if the application is in writing,
b) Your Turkish Republic ID number if you are a Turkish citizen; if you are a foreigner, your nationality, passport number, or identity number if available,
c) Your residential or workplace address for notification,
ç) Your electronic mail address, telephone, and fax number for notification, if any,
d) The subject of your request,
and, if available, information and documents related to the subject must be attached to the application.

Depending on the nature of your request, information and documents that will enable identity verification must be provided to us completely and accurately. If the requested information and documents are not provided properly, there may be disruptions in the full and qualified conduct of the investigations to be carried out by the COMPANY in response to your request. In such cases, the COMPANY declares that it reserves its legal rights. Therefore, your application must be submitted in a complete manner, including the requested information and documents, in accordance with the nature of your request.
