Warranty and Return Terms of the Vycall Store brand.
Warranty Policy
All Vycall products are covered by a comprehensive one-to-one replacement warranty for a period of 2 years from the invoice date. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from user error, including but not limited to product breakage, liquid contact, physical impact, or unauthorized disassembly.
Reductions in battery or cell performance, as well as complete battery depletion, are excluded from the warranty coverage.
In the event of any malfunction caused by a manufacturing defect, customers may request a one-to-one product replacement; however, separate components such as batteries and cells are not included in this replacement warranty.
To request a replacement or inspection, customers must contact Vycall Customer Service to report the issue and send the product to our company. Products must be shipped to us with shipping paid by the sender.
Once the product is received by our company, it will be evaluated within a maximum of 30 business days, and if deemed appropriate, a replacement will be provided. After replacement, products may be shipped with shipping paid by the recipient or collected directly from our company.
For cases outside the scope of the warranty, Vycall does not offer refunds or discounted replacements.
Repair services are not provided in accordance with Vycall policies.
Return Policy
You may return Vycall products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and their original packaging must remain unopened.
Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer. The shipping fee incurred during the initial delivery of the product will be invoiced to the customer separately.
For products delivered by courier, if there is any damage to the packaging, the product must be returned without accepting delivery. The issue must be reported to the courier and an official damage report must be prepared, and our company must be informed accordingly.
